Welding process further automated.
The BOZ Group continues to invest in the automation of their sheet metal processing. The 4th Mig/Tig robot was installed recently.
This time there has been chosen for the EA 1400 welding robot from Motoman mounted on a pedestal. There are 2 working areas 1500 x 800 mm equipped with a horizontal manipulator type HSO-250 SNM with automatic torque cleaning. High-tech welding is provided by a Fronius with a TPS 3200 PulsMig power source and automatic weld seam detection.
Together with the to 2 laser welding robots, BOZ Group now has the capacity of 6 robot welding stations in total.
